That’s why we’re looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our Monday Squad. Someone that likes to support our customers during the entire customer lifecycle; from the sales handover to ensure a positive renewal year after year. Equipped with a love for technology, a good understanding of business logic and a sense of customer centricity,  you will play a fundamental role in being our customers’ trusted monday.com advisor and keeping them happy for a lifetime.

Role and Responsibilities

Take ownership of new accounts, manage basic onboardings, reflect on account progress and monitor adoption and satisfaction.
Spot and manage new upsell opportunities
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their success with monday.com
Serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire customer lifecycle and also liaison between clients and the rest of the monday.com team
Ensure that the customer is met in their changing needs and ensure that they are getting the most out of the monday.com membership
Share industry and functional best practices
Think along with the company and share your ideas and thoughts
And finally, be part of the fun – work hard, play hard!

Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success / Implementation / Consultancy position
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility
  • Passion for digital transformation and business processes
  • Positive attitude, empathy and high energy
  • Great time management skills with the ability to manage several ongoing projects
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Creative and collaborative mindset
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, German or French is a plus
  • Experience with monday.com is a plus, but not required
